I. ORGANISER OF THE PRIZE DRAW
1.1. This document sets out the rules for the organisation of and participation in the prize draw “Win a Weekend for Two in Paris with Hellmann’s”, organised by UNILEVER BULGARIA LTD., with registered office and management address at: Business Park Sofia, Building 4, Mladost 4, Sofia, Bulgaria, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.
II. DEFINITION OF THE PRIZE DRAW
2.1. The prize draw is a promotional campaign under which participants who fulfil the participation requirements are allowed to enter a prize draw.
2.2. The winner shall be selected at random from among all participants who have fulfilled the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
2.3. This prize draw does not constitute gambling within the meaning of the Bulgarian Gambling Act.
2.4. Participation is voluntary.
III. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. All natural persons who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration, and have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, published at https://hellmanns-promo.bg, are eligible to participate.
3.2. Employees of the Organiser, persons directly involved in the organisation and implementation of the campaign, and members of their families are not eligible to participate.
IV. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
4.1. The campaign shall take place from 3 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, inclusive.
V. PRIZE
5.1. The Organiser shall provide 1 (one) prize consisting of a travel package for two persons to Paris, France, with a maximum total value of up to EUR 2,000 (two thousand euros). The trip shall take place during October 2026, with the specific travel dates to be determined by the Organiser and/or the prize supplier, subject to availability.
5.2. The prize includes:
• return airline tickets for two persons from an airport in Europe to Paris, with a maximum value of up to EUR 300 per ticket, including hand luggage and airport charges;
• 2 (two) nights’ accommodation with breakfast for two persons in a centrally located 4-star hotel in Paris - Mercure Paris Opera Lafayette 4*
• private airport–hotel–airport transfers;
• travel medical insurance with coverage of up to EUR 10,000 per person.
5.2.1. The prize does not include:
• additional activities, excursions or entertainment at the destination;
• meals other than the breakfasts expressly specified above;
• personal expenses or any other costs not expressly stated as being included in the prize.
5.3. The prize may not be exchanged for its cash equivalent or for another prize.
5.4. The prize may not be transferred to a third party unless the Organiser provides its prior written consent.
VI. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM
6.1. To participate, the participant must:
• purchase a Hellmann’s burger menu from Bar 09-27, located at Sofia Vasil Levski Airport, Terminal 2, during the campaign period;
• visit https://hellmanns-promo.bg;
• complete the registration form.
6.2. When registering, the participant must provide:
• first name and last name;
• email address;
• phone number;
• receipt number;
• an image of the receipt.
6.3. The participant must confirm, by ticking the relevant box, that they:
• accept these Terms and Conditions.
6.4. After completing the required information, the participant must click the “Submit & Enter” button.
6.5. Each valid receipt may be registered only once.
6.6. Only receipts issued during the period from 3 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 for the purchase of a Hellmann’s burger menu from Bar 09-27 at Sofia Vasil Levski Airport, Terminal 2, shall be eligible.
6.7. The Organiser reserves the right to reject an entry where the receipt is illegible, incomplete, altered or otherwise invalid.
VII. DRAWING OF THE WINNER AND AWARDING OF THE PRIZE
7.1. On 1 September 2026, the Organiser shall draw:
• 1 (one) winner;
• 3 (three) reserve winners, who shall be contacted in sequence if necessary.
7.2. The draw shall be conducted at random from among all validly registered participants.
7.3. The winner will be notified at the email address provided during registration, as well as the phone number left for contact.
7.4. If, within 5 calendar days after the notification is sent, the Organiser is unable to contact the winner or the winner fails to confirm acceptance of the prize, the winner shall lose the right to receive the prize.
7.5. In such a case, the Organiser shall contact the reserve winners in the order in which they were drawn.
7.6. The Organiser reserves the right to request the original receipt for the purpose of validating the entry.
VIII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
8.1. Personal data shall be processed solely for the purposes of administering the campaign, selecting the winner, contacting the winner and awarding the prize.
8.2. The Organiser shall process the following personal data:
• first name and last name;
• email address;
• phone number;
• the information contained in the uploaded receipt.
8.3. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
8.4. Participants shall have all rights provided under the GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure and objection to the processing of their personal data.
IX. TERMINATION AND AMENDMENT OF THE CAMPAIGN
9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate, amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time where necessary.
9.2. Any amendments shall take effect upon their publication at https://hellmanns-promo.bg.
X. LIABILITY
10.1. The Organiser shall not be liable for technical issues related to internet connectivity, access to the website or other circumstances beyond its control.
10.2. The Organiser shall not be liable for incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants.
10.3. The Organiser shall not be liable if the trip cannot take place for reasons beyond its control, including cancelled flights, travel restrictions or force majeure circumstances.
XI. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. Any disputes between the Organiser and the participants shall be resolved by mutual agreement and, where this is not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court.
11.2. These Terms and Conditions shall be publicly available throughout the campaign period at https://hellmanns-promo.bg.
